1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crelo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Crelo provides a B2B platform that enables gig vehicle rental companies to:

  • Report driver payment history to major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
  • Collect rental payments via ACH bank transfers and credit/debit cards
  • Manage driver accounts and rental agreements
  • Generate reports and analytics on payment performance

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 18 years of age

4. Credit Reporting Obligations

When using our credit reporting services, you agree to:

  • Obtain proper consent from drivers before enrolling them in credit reporting
  • Report accurate and complete payment information
  • Comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all applicable laws
  • Respond to disputes within required timeframes
  • Maintain records supporting reported data for at least 5 years

5. Payment Processing

Payment collection services are subject to the following terms:

  • ACH transfers are processed through our payment processing partners and subject to their terms of service
  • Card payments are processed through our payment processing partners and subject to their terms of service
  • Transaction fees apply as specified in your pricing plan
  • Funds are typically deposited within 2-5 business days
  • You are responsible for handling disputes and chargebacks

6. Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan, including:

  • Monthly platform subscription fees
  • Per-driver fees for credit reporting
  • Transaction fees for payment processing (ACH: $1.00, Card: 4% + $0.30)
  • Setup fees as applicable to your plan

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Report false or misleading information to credit bureaus
  • Process payments for illegal activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper operation of our services

8. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you provide to Crelo, including driver information and payment records. We rely on the accuracy of this data to report to credit bureaus and process payments.

9. Intellectual Property

The Crelo platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Crelo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRELO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crelo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
