How does credit reporting work?
We report driver payment history monthly to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. On-time payments help drivers build positive credit history, while late or missed payments are also reported.
What if a driver disputes a credit report?
We have a built-in dispute resolution system. When a driver files a dispute, you'll be notified and can respond with supporting documentation through our platform.
Can I use Crelo for payment collection only?
Payment collection is an add-on to our core credit reporting service. Credit reporting is included in all plans, while payment collection can be enabled separately.
